In a room full of people, you can sense others without a single word being spoken. Silence is the key to deepening this profound wisdom—it holds power, especially in moments where you are expected to speak.
Mental health awareness helps us distinguish the good from the bad. The goal is to immerse yourself in the good, but first, you must face the darkness to truly appreciate the light.
